Shipping Method

We currently offer USPS Shipping for all orders shipped within the United States.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high volume periods (e.g., product launches, sales, holidays).

Shipping Timeframes

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Science of Change is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is delayed, missing, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking with household members or neighbors,
  2. Verifying the address provided at checkout,
  3. Contacting your local USPS office for further assistance.

If the issue remains unresolved, please email us at ino@scienceofchangestore.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us for this reason:

  • The customer may request reshipment and will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
