Thank you for your purchase from Science of Change, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our goal is to deliver high-quality products that support your wellness journey. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or general returns.

Please read this Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges in the event that your item arrives defective or damaged.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • You must submit a return request within 5 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must provide a written description and at least one clear photo of the defect or damage.
  • Return requests received after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If your return is approved, we will issue a replacement of the same item or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items not in their original condition or with obvious signs of wear
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or neglect
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Digital downloads, online courses, or gift cards
  • Items returned outside the 5-day window

Return Process

To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item:

  1. Email us at info@scienceofchangestore.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • At least one clear image showing the defect or damage
  2. Our support team will respond within 3-5 business days with instructions and approval if your request qualifies.
  3. If a return is authorized, you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for shipping the item back.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Replacements 

If your return is approved due to a verified defect or damage:

  • We will ship you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refunds are not available.

Order Issues Not Covered

We do not offer replacements or credit for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect address or delivery errors due to customer input
  • Delays caused by USPS or other carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Science of Change, LLC reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Please review this page before placing an order.
